Web9 Mar 2024 · As from what I have read, there is a bug in windows when you run 2 or more monitors with different refresh rates. Supposedly, your issue can be fixed by setting your primary monitors refresh rate as 60Hz in windows displays settings. It will result in a 60fps “cap”, but it will stop the stuttering.
