Right at the base of Blue Mountain and walking distance to the Village, this 3,000 square foot chalet offers 6-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 large family rooms as well as an enormous eat-in kitchen with stunning views of Blue Mountain. There is plenty of space for large family gatherings.

The chalet opens into a great hall with vaulted cathedral pine tongue and groove ceiling and a large fireplace.

The enormous, fully equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining and is the ideal place for a gathering of family and friends with plenty of counter space. The dining area seats 14 and offers a spectacular view of Blue Mountain.

BBQ or suntan on the gigantic deck, while watching the tennis players in action, play games, chit chat over cocktails and really unwind.

Enjoy the spacious master suite with walk-in closet and Jacuzzi tub to completely pamper yourself. Relax on the canopy bed or read a book stretched out on the chaise-lounge under the cathedral pine ceilings and tall windows. A second large bedroom on the top level also offers a canopy bed and private lounging area with its own television.

It comes fully equipped with cable, internet, furniture, flatware, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffeemakers, pots and pans and many other amenities, 3 televisions, CD and DVD players. All you need is sheets.

Only 90 minutes from Toronto and walking distance to Blue Mountain and Intrawest where you’ll find year-round activities and the bustle of enticing restaurants, shops, activities and cafes.

Also, a short drive to Devil’s Glen, Georgian Peaks, Craigleith, Meaford and Thornbury. Georgian Bay with Wasaga Beach and many other beaches very close. Fabulous golf right at your fingertips and some of Ontarios best hiking minutes away. Fantastic cycling opportunities for both the road and mountain biker abound.

There are 6 bedrooms in the Chalet.  The 2 large rooms on the top floor have vaulted pine ceilings and are connected with a walkway that overlooks the living room below, providing  a sense of air and space.  The 2nd floor bedrooms also both have dramatic queensized canopy beds. The master bedroom has 10′ windows that tower on either side of the canopy bed, with flowing curtains that pool at the base.  Relax in the chaise lounge in the afternoon sun to read a novel in peace.

The ensuite offers a luxurious jaccuzi tub large enough for 2 to soak in right beside a tall glass-tiled window.  There is also an enormous walk-in closet.The 2nd bedroom on the top floor has it’s own living-room area with a couch and T.V.  Windows provide views of the hill and the surrounding landscape.

On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and another 4-piece bathroom.

One bedroom, with a brass bed, offers views of the mountain.  Another has sliding glass doors with a walk-out to a private deck area that joins the main deck.  The 3rd bedroom gives another perspective on the mountain-view.

In the basement, off billiards room is another spacious bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large cupboard to hang lots of clothes in. There is another 4-piece bathroom here for this room, the pool-players and as back-up for the rest of the house.

The expansive kitchen offers a spectacular view of the hill through the bay windows surrounding the 14-seat elegantdining table.  It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, serving dishes and utensils, an electric oven and stove and a large fridge.

For your cooking convenience it is stocked with salt, pepper and spices.  We also provide coffee filters and sugar, as well as a few dish-towels and paper towels.
